FixUS
FixUS seeks to better understand the root causes of our nation’s growing divisions and deteriorating political system, to work with others to bring attention to these issues and the need to fix them, and to build support for necessary changes. We are part of a coalition of individuals and organizations with diverse perspectives, united in a shared concern over the state of our country, and committed to make healing our fractured nation and fixing the system a top national priority.

We launched FixUS because our nation is threatened by a growing cultural divide, a paralyzed political system, and deteriorating support for our core institutions. Our political system is increasingly unable to solve problems and reach bipartisan compromise. The deterioration has reached a point that we are losing trust and faith in our politicians, our institutions, and each other. As a result, our nation may be divided to an extent that we are losing a sense of shared aspirations, ambitions, values, and the belief that there is more that unites us than divides us.
